A Coaching Programme for Expectant Mothers to Flourish through Maternity leave & Return to work

By addressing and supporting the challenges and barriers that contribute to the loss of women to the workforce due to motherhood, organisations can create more inclusive, supportive, and equitable workplaces that benefit individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole.

This 1-1 holistic coaching programme empowers pregnant women to navigate the intricate balance between motherhood and career, facilitating smoother transitions into and out of maternity leave. It aims to nurture a Mother’s continuous professional development and personal well-being and close the gap of Mothers feeling that they need to leave the workforce.

This is an 6 session course offering sessions covering:

+ Transition Planning: Creating a smooth transition plan for going on maternity leave and preparing for the return to work.

+ Work-Life Balance: Strategies for balancing work responsibilities with new parental duties and self-care.

+ Career Planning: Discussing career goals and aspirations post-maternity leave and identifying opportunities for growth.

A Coaching programme for Women experiencing Menopause in the Workplace

Living with menopause symptoms can have a dramatic impact on your employees’ day-to-day life. One study found that as many as one-third of women find coping at work moderately or severely difficult due to their symptoms, which can include physical discomfort and mood symptoms like anxiety or depression. These symptoms impact how employees show up in the workplace and their performance. Over a quarter of women report missing at least one day of work due to unmanaged menopause symptoms, and even when employees can cope with their symptoms, they can negatively impact their productivity. In the US, it has been estimated that global losses on productivity due to menopause cost up to $150bn per year. Providing support to women experiencing menopause can help to close this gap.
